Make sure Location Services are enabled for Backyard (Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services) and that you have a network connection. Narration is generated live as you walk.
How do I cancel or manage my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. Open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone to manage or cancel.
How do I delete my account?
Open Backyard → Profile → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all associated data.
